Potrzebę konsultacji najlepiej zgłosić poprzez e-mail, zostanie wtedy ustalony odpowiadający wszystkim termin. Istnieje ryzyko, że maile wysłane od piątku po południu do końca tygodnia zostaną odczytane dopiero w poniedziałek lub w we wtorek.
